I was wondering if there is a place to post about a service you provide? I have a beta reading service that I'm trying to expand to new sites, but I don't know if that is legal to advertise here?

If there is a place for this, it would be the Notice Board. The rules for the notice board are here: Notice Board Rules.
There is language in there about not using it for commercial services, so I am thinking this would not be allowed. If you put it in your bio, and were an active member, it might get some notice.
