Does anyone here have ADHD or ADD, and does that make you more creative?

I am pretty sure I have ADHD and yes I think it helps me be more creative and think of a lot of really cool things, but I feel that it also makes it really hard for me to stay with something and to complete it. This is because I have so many ideas and I want to pursue each one that as an idea is developed I get bored with it and move on to something else.

I read that people with the condition(s) tend to be more creative than other people, so if you have ADHD or ADD, does you think that impacts your writing or world-building? The thought to make this thread just came up.
I know this is really late, but I'm bored and don't really feel like writing right now.
I have ADHD, I do feel like my mind has always been more creative than others I've met. But I would say I still have the same struggles all writer's have. I also have ASD, social anxiety, regular anxiety and slight OCD and extremely mild dyspraxia.
I don't feel like these impact my writing much. Unless I'm upset or anxious in which case I'm better at writing since I project my feelings through the story in a way I don't know how to describe.

But writing, listening to music, singing, being around animals or nature and watching anime are all my escape from the world, writing and the music is more like therapy for me though.
Not to mention I've struggled with mental health ever since I was 9. I'm now 14 and still do but I feel like I'm getting better, obviously I still have moments where I get worse again and depending on my actions to that, I can either get completely better or relapse and end up in therapy for the 10th time. Which I don't really want so I try not to do any of that.
(I went off topic there and almost went on a venting rant, sorry about that. Also sorry if it's a sensitive topic for anyone, I didn't mean to rant, but that happens when I'm talking a little bit about it.)

By the way, does anyone else with ADHD take melatonin? I started taking a 10mg pill every night before bed and it's helped a lot with my sleep issues, even my persistent insomnia.
I know this is so late, and I doubt you'll even see it.
Yeah I used take melatonin and medikinet, and now I take adaflex and elvanse. I only just started them though and the elvanse gives me a lot of side effects, but it's also the only one that actually works. I think I'm on 30mg for the elvanse and I can't remember how much for the adaflex.

I have some different disorders.
But I feel like I do have some OCD Tendencies (Not the same as having the actual thing) cause I have a couple of the ticks but not as bad as someone who has it.

i wouldn't say that ADHD makes me more creative, but it dose cause hyper fixations that can lead to some *intense* mental attention given to my ideas. Thinking about a concept 24/7 defiantly gives more time for unique ideas to come up. And it can motivate me through research.

I am also autistic and having my brain function differently absolutely impacts how i write, so my stuff is probably farther from the norm but i still wouldn't say I'm more creative because of it. I think that's just me.
