Is there room at the table for one more?
I just finished the first draft of my fantasy book and sent it off to what I call my alpha-readers... I don't even think the story is in good enough shape yet to qualify for a beta-read.
Right now it's about 32,000 words and I'm shooting for 60-80,000. I have a friend who's a newspaper editor who wants to use it to help launch his small press, but I may opt for self-publishing anyway... he works 60+ hours a week so I am a little concerned whether or not he can get my project done in a timely manner.
Anyway, that's a bit about me.
