And if you feel up to jumping right in with both feet, join us in the challenges and show us what you got. There are often prizes and it's just a great way to practice writing and have a good time.

Feel free to ask anyone questions, whether it's about how to use the site or for brainstorming help. We're a friendly lot and we work hard to make everyone feel welcome and give the best advice we can.

We also have a handy search tool so if you have a question about a specific writing element, it'll search old threads so you don't even need to begin a new one. (my reason for mentioning this is because we've had a bunch of really great conversations and some of us who've responded in depth to those topics before are hesitant to reiterate our previous advice.)
