Is Amazon Getting Heavy-Handed With Book Reviews?

What I hate is the poor customer service. It sounded like their attitude is: we're such a big company and your business is so insignificant that we really don't care about you at all.

Whenever I hear of such, it makes me want to give that company as little of my business as possible.

Yes some explanation would have been nice. It does seem very harsh.

Well, if they do that to enough people, then they will lose all their customers. Seems like they think they are strong enough to handle the leeching of previously satisfied customers.

And to be serious, Amazon is the Goliath here with no David's even coming close to challenging.

It is very concerning. Part of the problem with allowing automation to take over.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the removals, either from what I see.
