When Earth names intrude

I think if I can come up something simpler and more important, meaningful, I might go that direction. I'm not going to make a blanket decision at this juncture. If I could smoothly give it a name while still telling what it is.. hmm, who knows!

Perhaps not name all the 396 stones, but rather name families. This would lessen the names you need and allow you to use a simple description for groups of stones with common features.
