Wow, the fact that I didn't know this even existed. When I saw 'Billy Zane' automatically I knew it was going to be... brilliant. Aww, I hope they get the GOT people in to do it, shoot a couple of seasons whilst GOT is ending, and literally start when GOT ends, and give the WOT the credit it deserves, and the fanbase.

I hope they get the GOT people in to do it

So you're hoping for a Wheel of Time with "changes for the screen" such as characters being killed off even if they didn't die in the book, or porn stars being stacked on top of each other so viewers aren't stuck watching a boring clothed guy monologue.

I read the GOT books that were released first, and loved them. I watched each season as they came out, and loved them too. I can compromise, as long as it's good and enjoyable and not outright different. I think will WOT you could concentrate more on the death/gore/battle/magic to keep non die hards interested. I only suggest the GOT guys as they have had 5 full seasons and look strong to finish without being cancelled. I'd kill myself if there was an extremely amazing loyal to the books show which was cancelled half way through due to rating issues.

I'd prefer a good completed WOT, over a half finished awesome WOT series. Everyone should know how amazing Robert Jordan's world was.
