Where would I post if I want help flushing out a character's power/ability

I am planning a story and I want help and opinions for flushing my main character's power and ability and not sure where I can post for it.

 

I did I wasn't sure if it was if it was ok as the text says that world building for "Discuss all aspects of building your fantasy world, including magic, culture and religion."
As where brainstorming.says "Share your story ideas and worldbuilding notes, as well as character profiles."

So was unsure if it was alright to post in them for what I want, cause what I wanted just didn't seem to fit into them based on the content of the forums and description.
