Troubadourwhatever fits your reality*Which truth is the objective one?
Myth Weaver
TroubadourFalse, It is being won by a pacific crabSubjective truth is subjective.
What is not subjective is that you have no hope...of ever winning this game. Its already been won by the dragon.
ArchmageOnly my reality is objective then?whatever fits your reality*
*no murder, or bringing harm to other carbon-based/silicon-based/other-element-based organisms, nor breaking laws that don't need to be broken
Troubadouryesn'tOnly my reality is objective then?
TroubadourI'd say the most objective truth that we can understand is that physical thing exist. If one believes otherwise I challenge that person to convince themselves that a wall in a particular building doesn't exist and then walk through it.Which truth is the objective one?
TroubadourA funny quirk of reality is that it's not experienced the same way as everyone, everyone experiences reality in a slightly different way because we, ourselves, are all unique, therefore, there is truly no objectivity in reality except for your experiences within itI'd say the most objective truth that we can understand is that physical thing exist. If one believes otherwise I challenge that person to convince themselves that a wall in a particular building doesn't exist and then walk through it.

TroubadourDragon I couldn't have said it better. I was working on a reply saying something similar but unfortunately in more vague terms.A blind man grabs an elephant by the trunk and say, 'Oh, elephants are like snakes.'
His subjective reality is that he is right, but the greater truth of the elephant persists even though he has not yet experienced it. You present a school of thought that will chase its own tale forever. If you think you have it figured out, be prepared to find you don't. It may be that we ourselves are poor vehicles to understand the true nature of things, that does not make them untrue.
