How big is your 'social battery' in person?

I'll admit it, I'm chronically online (Though I'm not always scrolling chat rooms etc, I just usually have the interwebs open)
A lot of my interaction with others is online, but I can and do interact with people in person. Just, not as much as I should...probably, never been much of a 'social' person in person. Might have something to do with my personality disorder, might not.

It's just, depending on their 'energy' level (hard to explain, but that's what I call it) my social battery drains faster/slower than the average person.
Through the years I've noticed that my tolerance level goes down faster the more....hyper? someone is, I don't know if hyper is the right word. But like, energetic, in a good way.
Actually hyper people drain my batteries SUPER fast. But like, bubbly people don't, especially when they have self control. I know that's a very specific distinction, but it makes sense I hope?

Myth Weaver
I can be social if I want to be. But, I have never fit in with the 'party' crowd (As I recently rediscovered at my 40th HS reunion :meh:). In social situations, I usually find myself looking for people that are not part of the larger crowd and spend my time talking to them.

High Energy people are usually a put off to me. But I dont really 'avoid' them. I just dont really fit in with them. But, the things that will have me looking for the exists is a lack of genuineness, or an 'all about me' manner of interacting. If every word from your mouth is 'Look at Me, Look at Me, Look at Me,' I'll probably avoid you.

My battery does get drained somewhat in proportion to the size of the crowd. The larger it is, the faster I am drained on it.

But, I am improving. I have made a strong effort to meet new people and get into more conversations IRL in the last year, and surprisingly, I am not so bad at it. I used to dread walking up to strangers and starting a conversation but now I kind of see it as a challenge... And guess what, most people like someone wanting to talk with them...go figure.

I am secretly working up to manning a table at a convention somewhere ;)

I'm working on improving too, it is notably harder for me to be social (until I get a good 'read' on a person, if that makes sense) because of my sense of humor/sillies I make. I don't constantly joke around but what jokes I do make are very dry/literal. Never mind the personality/genetic disorder mucking things up. I'm sure you've noticed but I screw things up online too, but most of those instances are poor phrasing or forgetting to hit 'delete' when typing a random vent.

I've found that I don't like 'stepping on toes' in a conversation, and when someone does it to me (By accident or otherwise) it makes me annoyed. If I knew why it makes me annoyed I could work on resisting the brief frustration. But it's one of those things I can only blame on how my brain is. It's just a tick I have and have had since I was little. At times it feels like my parents (just them really) are doing it on purpose because it annoys me and I can't explain why.

In-person, my social battery is perpetually near empty.
Mine is absolutely around 50% most of the time, worse depending on how comfortable I am, and that's a lot considering it's already small to begin with.

0, none... Used to be better online but well, you lot is all. Some people I work with but even with them I do not really socialize a lot. Unfair they don't get that chance but it is what it is.
Was getting better but when I finally did get more social, the world locked down and the places I found didn't get back up. To add matters, online world became increasingly normal hostile people making clear I should not be there.
