Magic Boosters

So on Amazon they boosters listed for 3.68 plus 4 cents in shipping. I was thinking of buying a Fat Pack which is 40 bucks for 9 boosters. So could I buy like 15 boosters separately for $50?

This depends. Are you hunting specific cards or do you just want the thrill of opening packs to see what you get? If you are looking for specific cards, IMHO the most economic way to get the cards is to just buy them directly from a store or even ebay.

I haven't been in the Magic game for a long while, but when I was playing, you could get a play set of 4 of each common and uncommon from a release from eBay for around $40. I compare this to when I was buying boxes of 36 boosters for around $100. I'd get 8 of each common 2-4 of each uncommon and a random selection of rares. About the half the rares would be mediocre at best. So again, money wise, you're better off buying the cards directly and knowing what you get.
